Position: Accounts Receivable Assistant
Location: Quezon City
Role Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Assistant (AR Assistant) plays a vital role in supporting the Accounting Supervisor by managing and monitoring the company’s receivables. The role involves close coordination with internal departments and clients, reconciliation of account discrepancies, and ensuring timely collection and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check the accuracy of delivery documents (e.g., withdrawal slips, invoices, receipts).
- Verify documents for shipped items.
- Collect payments and withholding tax forms; issue receipts and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure checks and post-dated checks are properly filled out.
- Record payments in the system and submit for review.
- File and post documents in both manual and digital records.
- Prepare and send account statements to clients; follow up on payments.
- Track and collect withholding tax forms (BIR 2307 & 2306) regularly.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on unpaid balances within 120 days.
- Create demand letters for overdue accounts and coordinate with legal if needed.
- Analyze payment patterns and review client credit terms.
- Assess and recommend write-offs for uncollectible accounts.
- Suggest ways to improve collection processes and controls.
- Assist internal teams with AR and sales-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management or Accounting (required)
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or similar roles
- Basic knowledge of journal entries
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Can handle confidential information properly
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Can work independently and meet goals
- Willing to do fieldwork if needed
Skills:
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Clear communicator (spoken and written)
- Works well with others
- Knows how to use Microsoft Office or similar tools

Position: General Accounting Assistant – GL
Location: Quezon City
Role Overview:
The General Accounting Assistant – General Ledger (GL) supports the Accounting Department by preparing journal entries, analyzing transactions, and generating financial reports. This role is essential to completing the full accounting cycle and helping deliver accurate monthly financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and verify documents for daily accounting entries
- Record and summarize journal entries for review
- Ensure accounting records are complete and accurate
- Submit BIR tax returns using eBIR and EFPS systems
- Prepare and submit VAT Relief and Withholding Tax reports
- Keep permanent files organized and updated
- Follow company accounting policies and help with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (required)
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and government report filing
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and general accounting
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and works well independently
- Can handle confidential information and ensure accuracy
Skills:
- Manages time well and stays organized

Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will identify customer needs and lead efforts to meet business goals for current and future products. You will develop pricing and positioning strategies and coordinate product launches, working closely with PR, executives, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing for assigned products based on business needs
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and conduct fieldwork to create and implement sales strategies
- Analyze market data and competition to protect market share, identify trends, and seize opportunities
- Prepare long- and short-term sales forecasts, reports, and analyses
- Recommend improvements in systems, processes, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Medicine, or related business courses (required)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
